Jana Bina Makmur Sdn Bhd helps shoplots, offices, workshops, factories and warehouses across Peninsular Malaysia cut their TNB bills with rooftop solar and battery storage. We work for the business owner: we read your bill, size the system to your usage, and take the project through TNB, SEDA and installation.
We manage every project ourselves and deliver it with SEDA-registered EPCC partners, who carry out the SEDA submission, engineering and installation. We tell you this upfront and name the partner in your proposal.

Bill and eligibility review
We read your TNB bill, confirm your supply voltage and tariff, and check whether your premises qualifies for Solar ATAP. Free, before any site visit.
Sizing for your usage
We size the system to the power you use in daylight, so most of the output replaces power you buy from TNB instead of exporting at the wholesale rate.
A savings model you test yourself
Your proposal shows the system size, an itemised quotation and the savings model with every assumption stated, for your accountant to test.
TNB study and SEDA application
We handle the TNB connection study and the eATAP application through our SEDA-registered partner. The study and application fees are included in our solution.
Installation and switch-on
Engineering, installation, testing and commissioning, the TNB bi-directional meter and your Solar ATAP contract, coordinated by one team.
Financing to suit your cash flow
Outright purchase, bank loan, or zero upfront through a solar lease or power purchase agreement. We lay the options side by side.
Battery storage for Maximum Demand
For medium voltage sites with high MD charges, we assess battery energy storage alongside solar. Every battery proposal goes through an engineering review of your load data before we quote.
Green investment tax allowance support
For businesses buying their system outright, we help prepare the GITA application to MIDA. Your tax advisor confirms the allowance for your company.
